and I shared the work on this race as we have done in the past. Bob did
Stage 1 on Saturday and I did Stage 3 on Sunday. The first photofinish picture
shows number 79, Richard Wilkinson of Rapha Condor taking the stage and
he retained the yellow jersey during the Stage 2 timetrial. The next portion
of film is from Stage 3 and shows the close sprint for 8th place (important eh?)
being won by number 39 Llewellyn Byrne of Science in Sport.
Stage 3 (the final stage) is probably the most difficult place to set up that we do these days. Although the verge is wide it drops off suddenly and if you are not careful you will put the van in the ditch. See the pics below. It is always a good event to do in spite of this. ![]()
